OVERVIEW
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, as long as it’s in original condition with tags and packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
SECTION 1 – HOW TO START A RETURN
We have a 14‑day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at chris@verdantville.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we send you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. If we sent an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For other returns, we may deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

SECTION 2 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SECTION 3 – EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as ‘final sale,’ including items indicated to be factory seconds or equivalent, or on gift cards.
SECTION 4 – FACTORY SECONDS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Certain products may be sold as “factory seconds,” “imperfect,” or at discounted prices because they have cosmetic defects or irregularities. These items are sold as‑is and are not eligible for return or refund due to cosmetic issues or minor imperfections. However, if a factory‑seconds item is not fit for its intended purpose or does not match the essential description of the product (for example, it arrives broken, unusable, or materially different from what was described), please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
SECTION 5 – EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 6 – EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 7 – REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product, original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at chris@verdantville.com.
SECTION 8 – CHANGES TO RETURN POLICY
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to orders placed after the updated date.
